On 2/19/19, I filed $250M defamation lawsuit against Washington Post. Today, I turned 18 & WaPo settled my lawsuit. Thanks to @ToddMcMurtry & @LLinWood for their advocacy. Thanks to my family & millions of you who have stood your ground by supporting me. I still have more to do.

Okay, maybe I missed it but how much the wapo have to pay?
Oh my. My, my, my.
Bezos dipped into his bank account.
Undisclosed..............................
Ya, what I thought. BS.
The cynicism here is laughable. With an 18 you old client who already has a pile of money from kicking CNN’s ass so he has all the time in the world, and a layer as skilled and scary to the left as Wood, why would Wood settle for 10%? Please think this through.
Long ago I came to the realization suing these large billionaire owned lefty companies, lefty run government entities or left organizations is fruitless. Think the IRS vs TEA Party, WAPO & NYT libel, and unions. They have the deep pockets backing and often settle for less under non-disclosures leaving them unhurt to continue their malfeasance. A better way to go, I think, is suing the specific individuals personally in civil court. Even if they get help form their wealthy lefty benefactors, over time the hurt should cause other lefty troops to think twice about following through with their illegal and unjust war the Constitution and our rights. Not a lawyer but this makes sense to me.
Regards.

COVINGTON, Ky. (FOX19) - Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann announced in a tweet Friday hes settled with the Washington Post in one of eight lawsuits hes filed against media outlets in connection with an incident at the March for Life in Washington D.C. in 2019.
The Washington Post suit sought $250 million.
The settlement amount was not immediately available.
CNN reportedly agreed to a settlement in a suit in January, though the settlements dollar figure also was not disclosed.
My guess is $25-50 million, but that’s just a guess................
Pocket change jar on the dresser.................
Makes sense
No doubt. The settlement was way north of 10 million though.
Wood would have gone to trial over a 10 million offer.
How much after the lawyers' take? Odds are good anything the lawyers get will be funneled back into the DNC/BLM/Biden.
I pray that they do NOT settle the LAST lawsuit....take them to court for ALL the money and maybe BANKRUPT them!!
I hope he pulls a KK Hichikawa on all of them. You know, the Japanese Whale in the movie Casino who cleaned out and turned out the lights on a couple of casinos in the Cayman Islands.
You go dude! Clean em out!

Settled means that no one is allowed to talk.
If Nick or his side tells the amount, they will be required to re-pay that amount plus penalties.
There will be FReepers guessing and some will claim to have 'inside info' but from those that know, the answer will be no.
Great!
Should have sued for a billion, though.
The important point of this story is that the WaPo settled the suit, because it wouldnt defend its shoddy journalism. The amount of the settlement is secondary to the fact that WaPo loses and Sandmann wins. This is a blow to the reputation, name, and credibility of Bezoss rag.
Yep.
Should make ALL NDA’s illegal.
