Why Doctor Fauci is far more dangerous than this virus
April 5, 2020 | Kevin Collins

Posted on 04/05/2020 12:25:20 PM PDT by jmaroneps37

Last week Doctor Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, delivered a devastating blow to Americans.Following his advice will be far worse than what the Wuhan Virus could do to us.

In a Thursday interview Doctor Fauci said he would lift social distancing requirements(read the nation-wide economic shutdown) after “No new cases and no new deaths [are reported].”

This is a road to economic suicide which will do irreparable harm to us.Experience and common sense tell us that this crisis cannot be handled as an either-or choice to fix it; yet that is exactly how it is being portrayed by Doctor Fauci.

Of course, doing nothing and closing nothing; and keeping our economy open, would likely have killed many people by now. But whether the Doctor Faucis of the world want to acknowledge it or not, eventually people would stop dying from this virus.

Nevertheless, closing everything down and voluntarily committing economic suicide would eventually kill many many more people. The damage would continue for years.

Our leaders don’t yet have the courage to admit this, but we are in a period of national “lifeboat ethics,” where a few will/must die to protect the many. They can run away from the truth, but it will still be there when they peek out from under their desk.

President Donald Trump has characterized our counterattack on this “invisible enemy” as a war. Who could argue against that? Of course, this is a war, so let’s fight it like the war we won against highly visible enemies in World War II.

As we moved forward fighting against the Germans, Italians and the Japanese, we composed clearly stated and defined objectives in our pursuit of ultimate victory. As ruthless as we had to be to win, our requirement for declaring victory was never killing every German, Italian or Japanese. We had acceptable levels at which we would declare victory that were reasonably short of the total annihilation of those enemies.

One of the lesser understood reasons for adjusting our parameters of victory was the damage a continued war was doing to our economy. By April of 1945 when we stormed the beaches of Iwo Jima, our treasury was actually running out of money.

The only thing that kept us going in the Pacific theater was a War Bond selling tour by the three surviving members of the team that raised the flag in that famous picture. That brought in $14 Billion which reminds us just how desperate we were for money.

In very few aspects of our lives, either personal or public, do we have the luxury of demanding nothing less than 100% success before declaring victory. That’s not how the world works. This is why Doctor Fauci is so very wrong and so very dangerous.

Our government already accepts this principle and conducts itself according to it.Consider these potentially far more dangerous situations that the federal government allows less than 100% of a desired goal as acceptable.

There is nothing more essential than food.Since Sinclair Lewis exposed the filthy conditions in the slaughter houses that butcher and send meat to our tables, we have relied on the federal government to guard our food supply’s purity. We have to eat every day, but we can go days, months and forever without coming in contact with this virus or any other for that matter.Eating pure defect free food is far more of a concern than whether we will contract Wuhan Virus. Isn’t it?

So why does the same federal government that Doctor Fauci works for and represents have guidelines for “acceptable” levels of food contamination?

The Food and Drug Administration has guidelines that outline “acceptable” amounts of rodent poop – yes rodent poop - in certain foods (up to 10 milligrams per pound); and it allows a basic number of maggots in tomatoes among other regulations.

The FDA obviously recognizes how economically damaging it would be to demand 100% purity in food, which we must have each day, so how can Doctor Fauci demand a “100% All clear of Wuhan Virus” status before HE deigns to allow our economy to start up again? How the CDC sees the levels of other diseases casts a shadow on the supposed wisdom of Doctor Fuaci’s edict.

A recent CDC report acknowledged that we even have cases of Black Plague in our country. Where is the cry to shut down the economy over Black Plague? We have an acceptable level of Black Plague – admittedly a very very tiny problem – but since all or most people who have it will die and a very very small percentage of Wuhan Virus sufferers will die, where is the balance in public health policy?

The CDC says the top two causes of death in America are Heart disease: 647,457 and Cancer: 599,108.At the rate we are seeing Wuhan Virus deaths in America it would take more than 20 years to match one year of Heart attack deaths and more than 18 years to match cancer deaths. Where is the urgency to close our economy and keep it closed until there are no new cases of heart disease or cancer which are far more prevalent and deadly? The CDC seems rather comfortable with these far less alarming deaths, doesn’t it?

Final thought:

Does any over the age of twelve believe that if Doctor Fauci had his way and the federal government never stopped pumping money into the usual suspect states, we would ever get the “100% all clear” signal?

Does anyone believe that since all they had to do is lie to keep our American economy on the road to ruin, they would miss the opportunity?

Fauci is a bureaucrat first and foremost. His little fiefdom is the be all and end all of society. ratchet him up to head honcho of society and he still thinks inside his bureaucratic box. Larger consequences are in a different office and not to be considered.

Fauci knows the moment he's dismissed that will be the signal for the MSM and the Democrat Governors to pivot and lay every single death at Trump's feet.

How soon we forget that ABC News, when George Snuffout was anchor in '08, ran a nightly US Armed Forces body count at the close of every newscast to drive a stake in the heart of McCrisis, to even peel away his military vote.

Here it is, I can't be the only one who remembers this. This is going to be the dumb template for the same shit from here to November:

Seems he had said this was coming back in 2017. If this is true why in his capacity at NIH did he not prepare??

Snip from https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/04/whoa-dr-fauci-2017-president-trump-will-challenged-surprise-global-disease-outbreak-video/

Back in 2017 at forum on pandemic preparedness at Georgetown University Dr. Fauci made an interesting statement. Fauci told the audience the Trump administration will not only be challenged by ongoing global health threats such as influenza and HIV, but also a surprise disease outbreak.

That was quite a prediction considering it was back in 2017!

"IMO it is pretty clear that he and the heads of the CDC and NIH have been actively working against—alerting Trump early on (in fact they opposed his initial travel ban and talked it doen to him for some time), getting sufficient testing out soon enough. In fact they explicitly forbid ANY testing that by their definition might expose community spread."

Yep, they walked him down the golden path, "Oh, if you test everyone Mr. President, the hospital system will collapse like it did in Wuhan."

Yeah, but we're nothing like Wuhan, we're nothing like mandarins who believe in Confucianism -- which is -- when their number is up, tough luck, wasn't me.

Trump decided to give FauBrix the rope to hang themselves, but I don't think he was fully aware that this endless bs quarantine was designed to stab small businesses in the heart, more specifically one of his stronger bases.

Now we're going to have to engage a netherland where we should have had antibody testing on full blast (read The Curve is Already Flat ) to prove we are closer to herd immunity than was previously known, and just grit it out and go back to work.

In the alternate, should this go past May 1, I hope Trump suspends habeus corpus because there's going to be billionaires who think 7-ft walls save them from being taken into custody...

Not just Democratic governors. Charlie “Parker” Baker is just as bad as any of them. He’ll keep this going as long as he can along with the idiot mayor Mahty Walsh.

And we need to start deciding damn quick.

Who’s going to start the “Everyone open your business and get back to work” movement?

I’ve never been the social organizer type, I’m more the in-the-shadows-sniper-type.

Somehow, we are able to go shopping at stores but unable to go to work?

Yeah, not really sustainable is it?

So what’s it like having a hurricane pass over you while you’re sitting in your car? Could you still pick up CoolHits97FM?

It was pretty much a dud. No place to get a room but we paid 90 dollars to use a room for 3 hours, get a shower, nap, make some phone calls.I was grateful we had just gotten a new truck as our old car wouldn’t have handled the freeway parking lot traffic. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Why does Trump even let this smarmy little prick within 500 feet of him? Is Fauci the greatest medical mind in the history of mankind? I don’t think so.

Let’s get someone in there whose objective isn’t listening to the DNC and destroying the country.

Of course, doing nothing and closing nothing; and keeping our economy open, would likely have killed many people by now.

I for one am not buying that. Those afraid are self isolating. The closures and lock down do nothing at all but ruin the economy.

“Have not seen anyone really bring this up, but in that presser Trump also said he is looking at bringing some different people on to the task force. I think he is on to Fauci. Fauci has his tenicles in every lefty alphabet agency there is.”

He did say that??? I would love if I could hear more. That’s very encouraging as I do not like that rat fauci

our requirement for declaring victory was never killing every German, Italian or Japanese....

A good analogy from the article.

Brix and fauxi have been leading Trump by the nose down the primrose path for too long. He needs to set a date for a phased in back to work schedule. Brix and fauxi et al, can figure out how to do it.

rat guvs may resist but their budgets are getting killed right now. They would probably be happy to end the lock downs and blame any subsequent deaths on Trump.

Then let the people decide who was right in Nov.
