Something Is Not Right
Canada Free Press ^ | 03/29/20 | Ray DiLorenzo

I don't believe we are being told everything. Until we know, we could just as easily die from the cure, as from the disease

“Your mind picks up signals very fast when something is not right…you don’t always have to figure it out completely, you just know.”—unknown author

Something is not right. Too many things do not add up.

Both Covid-19 and the influenza virus are contagious viruses that cause respiratory illness. The flu in America, so far this season, according to the CDC, has caused about 46 million illnesses, 550,000 hospitalizations and about 41,000 deaths. And yet, we have almost completely shut down our economy to the point of approaching collapse because of a comparatively small fraction of Covid-19 cases caused by another virus from China. Instead of preaching good nutrition, a healthy immune system, supplementing with extra vitamins A, C, and D, our political establishment is pushing for lock downs, face masks, and pressuring our president into creating fear and panic. Why?

Polio tended to affect only the young. There was no need to “shut down the country”.

I have a very easy explanation for all the panic, closings and all the rest. Thank your attorneys, it's called liability!!!! The presstitutes report it as dangerous is all you need in court. Think of the dollars they try to steal from everyone....

“It’s clear that the medical care industry if being strained to and, quite possibly, beyond its limits.”

Illinois governor Fat Bastard has even called upon dentists and podiatrists to volunteer along with retired doctors, nurses etc.

A euphemism for “F up”.

Basically there’s no one alive that’s been through a pandemic, everyone is scared. What is going on is not a conspiracy it’s human nature. That’s it.

Actually that is not true. The Swine Flu in 2009 (H1N1) was determined to be a pandemic. 60 million Americans were infected, 300,000 hospitalized and 15,000 died.

Also, since a lot of numbers are being thrown around, from the CDC site this morning: CDC estimates that so far this season there have been at least 39 million flu illnesses, 400,000 hospitalizations and 24,000 deaths from flu.

The flu and its bros are upper respiratory infections: sniffles, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, mild fever. Feel awful.

The Great Chinese Plague is a lower respiratory infection: sniffles, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, high fever, heavy mucus in lower lungs, pneumonia. Feel horribly terribly awful with death preferable.

CFP seems to be turning into a low rent version of REal Clear Politics, running stories from both sides of the aisle.

IOW, what FOX News used to be...we report, you decide. Always consider the source before deciding.

FDR had it and didn’t need to shut the country because the Great Depression already did.

True, FDR was an outlier, at the time people felt that it was because the children of the wealthy, their immune systems didn’t “see” the virus until their immune system was more mature and so their illness was more disabling. Look at the pictures of the gymnasiums with iron lungs. They are all very young people. But you are correct, for some reason the children of the wealthy got it later in life.

“...The left, the Democrats have nothing American’s want, and nobody American’s want to lead this country, and are left with nothing but lies, and dirty tricks to try to take back the power they childishly covet more than they desire to work for, and represent the will of the people....”
Pretty well sums it up. The libs are a virus....the DemoVirus!!

Many new people have had their eyes opened to the deprivation of rights these socialist governors have pushed using this over-hype from the Chinese Virus. Also, since the disinformation campaign from the mass media outlets was so egregious, people were forced to find their own answers on the internet and they found a lot more than they were aware of.

They found others who think like them. One critical lie the media, as all propagandists constantly reiterate, is that "you are the only one who believes this. Everyone else agrees with us." The media, though desperately trying, can't sell that lie anymore. People, in this time of great manufactured crisis, reached past the media and found alternatives.

This was all about a bailout for failed states such as California, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, etc. - states that have been continuing their decline, even under the surging Trump economy since 2016. These states don't care what they do to the economy they haven't been a part of. They've even been chasing out their own productive citizens for decades now.

As bad as all this is, this is only one round of many. The economic shutdown these states are forcing for their multi-trillion bailout isn't going to be enough. These states have no option other than continue stealing money from others; it's the very nature of socialism. The only thing that's changed is the size of the bills they've rung up. What hasn't changed is their immovable expectation that we're going to pay them.

As one President Donald Trump meme states, "It's not me they're after, it's you. I'm just in the way."

and then you have Pukelosi planting the idea to "investigate" Trump for his poor early response. I wish/hope/pray the Trump Administration would start to directly probe for criminal action against this witch and her minions. And then do a full-on PR campaign to promote how assholistic the dumbs have been in all this, from the state-of-the-union address until present day. I'm getting so sick of this sh!+. They really are agitating to the point of conflict.

A lot of very stupid people out there that refuse to act a little bit responsible.

I had to go to the grocery store. I wore a mask and gloves.. I know, better than nothing...

If people thought I was sick maybe they would steer away. They didn’t.

They didn’t even take a second look. It was business as usual as far as the amount of people there. Slight amount of rushing. They seemed oblivious to any germs.

The one thing that was disturbing was seeing a young couple with a baby in a carrier setting atop the cart, with nothing over it. I would think they could at least cover the baby.

It’s the peoples response, that will get us all killed.

Crises are ‘opportunities’

to do things that could not be done under normal conditions not even the addled public would allow.

My grandparents generation made it through the Spanish Flu, WWI & WWII, the Depression, the Cold War, 60’s riots, Vietnam, etc. My parents generation too, from the depression on to 9/11, Hurricane Sandy, family issues too numerous to mention.

They saw the invention of the airplane, the nuke, the computer.

We will get through this, the Good Lord willin’
