Correct. This is EXACTLY why he should have been subpoenaed three months ago by the GOP controlled Senate. Then Biden Jr. would have either taken the 5th or not shown up. Thus validating the concerns POTUS had on the phone call. Instead, the GOP did nothing in support of POTUS (as always) and here we are.
