If the mainstream media and a broad swath of the Democratic primary electorate, which includes many women and minorities, are labeled bigots, misogynists and white supremacists for not nominating Kamala Harris, then how is the public supposed to differentiate those who actually espouse those hateful ideologies?
Most candidates for the highest office in the land lose unceremoniously. Kamala Harris is a well-qualified candidate who ran a directionless and disorganized campaign. She lost this one, but American voters have likely not seen the last of her. Attributing the demise of her 2020 presidential run to anything but that, but especially to the supposedly rampant white supremacy in the American public, is hysterical and dangerous.
