OK...This is hilarious:

“...the police department banned officers from wearing their uniforms in support of candidates at political events...”

Then:

“...the police department denies the new policy has anything to do with politics...”

This was after they were told in the past against their will to pose for pictures with democrats. Now Trump comes to town and the mayor has a freak out and orders the police dept to change the policy.

Those “Cops for Trump” t-shirts are collectibles, and even burning the midnight oil their silk screeners can’t keep up.

The profits from the sale go to police charities, such as widows & orphans fund, college scholarships, disabled support, etc. Hopefully other police and fire unions will pick up on the idea as a major fund raiser.

It also serves as a general note that Trump election paraphernalia is going to be a big seller.

I’m pleasantly surprised that the police union for Minnecraponus is doing this. Good to see the rank and file finally grow a backbone - was never a fan of MPD. Minnesota may deliver a rude awakening to the Donks in 2020. And just maybe the Twin Cities will surprise the hell out of us.
