My ancestral Finnish/German/Scot/Irish roots preclude me from the 1619 project and even the era of slavery. Many people with African ancestors are not able to say their forefathers did not participate in the trade.

That being said slavery in the US ended 154 years ago. I'm perfectly willing to drain my IRA to provide reparations to all of the people around who were enslaved legally at the time.

Mark Levin’s latest book, I think it is titled “The Un-Freedom of the Press”, goes into depth of the NYT’s history and gets heavily into their cover-up of the Holocaust. Mark has disdain for the NYT and frequently rails at them.
