Remittances: Illegal Immigration's $30 Billion HIDDEN TAX
YouTube ^ | April 16, 2019 | Spencer P Morrison

Remittances sent by illegal aliens cost America at least $30 BILLION every year—and this is using the lowest estimate of America's illegal population. Remittances function similarly to a maximally inefficient tax, in that wealth is dispatched from the local economy, effectively reducing the velocity of money to zero.

This causes all sorts of liquidity problems in smaller communities, and kills local economies. And for what? To make Carlos Slim rich.

And I will wager that most of it comes from untaxed income earned by illegals. Remittances are just another “incentive” for illegals to come here. Why it hasn't been cut off years ago is a testament to the disingenuous Republicans and Democrats who give lip service to "fixing" illegal immigration, but are not going to do anything substantive to stop it because it's not what their rich, white slave masters in business who shell out large sums of money to them want done! They just “go along to get along” with these people ( the Chamber of Communists, the Business Roundtable, “K” Street lobbyists, the “Cock” Bros, et al). Crony Capitalism needs to be shut down.

Ain’t nuthin.

https://www.publicschoolreview.com/el-monte-high-school-profile

El Monte High School in Los Angeles is 85% “hispanic”, i.e., Mexican.

Two generations ago it was maybe 5% “hispanic”.

One court decision - Plyler v. Doe - changed that. It essentially handed ALL American schools over to Mexico.

Note the scores: bottom everywhere- Math, English (why would they want to know about that, right?).

THAT is a tax of epic proportions: the loss of American taxpayer institutions, the public schools WE BUILT for OUR kids.

And the Robed Tyrants of DC said no, they aren’t yours. You may have paid for them, but they are ours. We will force you to pay for babysitting the children of your enemies.

Beside not addressing the reciprocal issue and the 3rd class citizen rights treatment Americans get in Mexico we’ve been ignoring their claims on territory disclaiming the Gasden purchase;

Many years ago, remittances to Mexico were that country’s second GNP after oil. Bet it’s #1 today.

Ever wonder why illegals live forty to a house. Its so they can pay next to nothing and collect massive amounts of welfare and food stamps. Then they send home as much money as possible to their home country. The country they love and care about. These are not immigrants. They are thieves and robbers of our fortunes and the democrats are engaged in an ongoing criminal conspiracy to help them.

We should impose a 10% tax..””

I read a long time ago that Trump imposed a 5% tax right after he was in office.

I would have preferred a 50% tax.
