I have found my HOA to be reasonable but we have many damned democrat socialist residents that fight like Hell at the very mention of a fee adjustment but want the HOA to provide every service known to man short of butt wipes and damned if I don’t think the pinkos are considering bring its up to ma vote.
If they called it a "tax increase on the rich" the Socialists would back it unanimously (at least until they found out they were included). As it is now, it would be a classic case study of "running out of other people's money).
