You can take one sardine...and mix with onions, garlic, and some spices...like pepper, salt..some cayenne..Grind it up into a slurry add a stick of butter..whip that up And you have Compounded butter....

Take that compounded butter...and spread it over a already cooked steak...then melt that butter over the steak...

IT has a good taste...and you cannot taste fish at all.

I grind up a few anchovies into my Caesar’s salad dressing and no one knows but everyone raves.

I wish I could get sardines into my mouth and eat them. I know how healthy they are.
