I see it as:
40 million people totally unorganized people with lots to lose and brought up with VERY legalistic views of society
VERSUS
40,000 highly motivated, organized, deserpate people with nothing at all to lose who have long been coddled with the view they Can Do No Wrong, paired with an upbringing that treats laws as “helpful guidelines”.
