For as long as we both shall live
Are not just pretty words
I love the vows my husband and I made to each other in our Catholic wedding 39 years ago: “I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life.” It’s just such a poetic way to state the obvious, IMHO.
