They are saying the Israelis used the Russian plane to cover their attack on the Syrian target and draw Syrian AA missiles on it instead of their planes. Perhaps Israel should stay out of Syria and stop getting the Russians pissed off at them. It is unlikely to end well. The Russians are known for getting revenge.
