Given the ramp-up since 2016 (and escalation from 2013), I’d believe those days are already here.
They’re already able to make digital purges stick across multiple providers and services. Where purges initially fail, leftists attack until they get their scalp.

I honestly think they won't be targetted. In the story above the conservative wants payment for views. In the case of hosting sites there will always be virtual server services available to anyone. Those can be used to create hosting sites at low or no cost to the end users.

This was the exact purpose of “Net Neutrality.” I can’t understand how many conservatives were duped by the leftists’ propaganda. While expressly proposed to defeat an imaginary capitalist plot, in effect it granted content control to the technocrat oligarchs.
Every single company now engaging in this communist social engineering was a vocal supporter of NN. Freedom never has, nor ever will be the natural state of mankind. Having lost the legal initiative to a deplorable administration, they now riposte with outright fourth-generation warfare.
