FBI insiders said more than 60 agents in D.C. alone have been nailed for taking gifts from the news media. Inspector General Michael Horowitz said earlier this week about 50 FBI agents took 300 free gifts from news media.
However, Horowitz failed to stipulate that number is ONLY in Washington D.C. which covers one field office and FBI headquarters. The Inspector General did not examine the FBI’s other field offices, officials said. And the problem of taking free gifts for Intel is rampant, officials said.

(2) whose interests may be substantially affected by the performance or nonperformance of the individual’s official duties.
(b)
(1) Each supervising ethics office is authorized to issue rules or regulations implementing the provisions of this section and providing for such reasonable exceptions as may be appropriate.
A Member of Congress or an officer or employee who violates this section shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary and other remedial action in accordance with any applicable laws, Executive orders, and rules or regulations.
(d) For purposes of this section—
(1) the term “supervising ethics office” means—
(A) the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct of the House of Representatives or the House of Representatives as a whole, for Members, officers, and employees of the House of Representatives;

There is a lot of reports that started back in spring of 2016 that the NY FBI office was leaking to try to stop the Washington office from squashing the investigations into Clinton. The deal to stop them, was Comey who was going to have a press conference where he laid bare the facts which contradicted Hillary before the election.

I wonder how many bribes Wray has taken.
Yes! There needs to be a deep cleaning done at the FBI and those fired need to be replaced with prior military, prior law enforcement. Exactly!

Just when you think it can’t get any worse.
Maybe it just got better.
If hundreds of agents took bribes, then hundreds of media people gave or paid the bribes.
Bribing a government employee is a crime. So what should happen is that hundreds of FBI agents should be fired and perhaps serve time where national security was involved, and hundreds of media people should also go to jail.
Bribing a government official is no minor offense and there should be severe consequences.
If hundreds have been found already in the area immediately around DC, there will me thousands across the globe.
If Wray does not take very aggressive action against both those who bribed and those who took bribes, he should be fired, and promptly. A two year study as to what to do will not get it.

Why no national review by the Inspector General’s office?
Wray doesn’t want to go there, officials said.
So how solid is "True Pundit"? IF these accusations are true, Wray needs to be fired forthwith.
Everyone should be fired without benefits. If not prosecuted for taking bribes.
