Be nice for someone with app writing skills to get the job, then totally sabotage it while getting paid by the idiots.
Don't sabotage it, install a backdoor virus that transmit's the phone's GPS location & contact list info directly to ICE for convenient analysis ... that should identify the smuggling networks pretty quick
