I don’t care for lightweight snubbies for exactly those reasons. They are uncomfortable at best, and painful at worst to shoot. For most people this likely translates into a reluctance to practice as much as one should. My edc weapon is an early 1980’s 3rd issue Colt Detective Special, almost identical to the one in the meme. It’s all steel except for the wood grips and handles 158 gr +P hollow points with tolerable recoil.
I agree. The Critical Defense Life works well in this though and ballistic gel tests look good.
