Might I suggest folks investigate the nearest “small home-town bank?”
Typically these banks offer the same or similar services as the big boys, you support your local community and the money usually stays in the community.
Community banks often have very friendly customer service staffs. They are your neighbors.
Most(if not ALL) “Small-Town-Banks” are now owned by BIG banks.
