Comey’s bleatings July and Oct. 2016 were driven in part by his private knowledge that AG L/Lynch was in the back
pocket of the Clintons, was totally compromised as a political hack, and that proof might emerge at any moment.

THAT is why Comey was:

<><> (2) simultaneously taking the focus/heat off Loretta Lynch behind the scenes,

<><> (3) putting on his “I’m The Good Guy” hat for public consumption,

<><> appearing to re-open/complete the investigation of Hillary so that her impending Presidency would not appear tarnished.
