Yes, Trump can Veto, and I pray he will. Everyone should be praying he will send it back, and say NO!
And the congress has the votes to over ride
Either way it is congress that has screwed us

The problem is with McConnell our spineless Senate Majority Leader. He refuses to eliminate the filibuster. If he would take the senate back to simple majority vote to pass legislation then bills would start passing.
