Expect An After Easter Bombshell Announcement From Speaker Ryan
Editors Note: Story just hit the wires a few minutes after midnight.

Mark your calendars! As if there isnt enough daily drama swirling around Washington, in early or mid-April there is likely to be an announcement that will titillate the nations capital.
According to a frontline GOP strategist (name asked to be withheld) after Easter is when House Speaker Paul Ryan will announce his decision whether or not to run for reelection in Wisconsins 1st congressional district. Speaker Ryan, age 48, has represented his home district since winning the seat in 1998 at age 28.
Ryans 2018 reelection decision is imminent given Wisconsins filing deadline of June 1 with an August 14 primary. Thus, April is the expected time frame when this strategist believes the speaker will drop his bombshell.
Wisconsins 1st district is the most southeastern in the state. It is situated along the eastern portion of the northern Illinois border encompassing Kenosha and Racine counties including portions of Milwaukee, Rock, Walworth, and Waukesha counties.
In 2016, Ryan won the district with 65 percent of the vote, a slight increase from 63 percent in 2014. A vast improvement from 2012 when Ryan won 54.9 percent after his name appeared twice on his districts ballot first as the GOPs vice presidential nominee on Mitt Romneys presidential ticket and as a congressional candidate for reelection.
Upon making the announcement in April, Ryan, in his role as speaker of the House, will immediately become a lame duck speaker with his power significantly diminished the reason why Ryan is waiting as long as politically feasible.

Why we can expect an 'after Easter' bombshell announcement from Speaker Ryan. Its likely that the wake-up call Speaker Ryan warned his colleagues about this week is also a personal alarm that says, Time to start your second career.https://t.co/kAlTiZdmEH

Promises, promises.
If true (and l hope it is) it means he believes we are losing the house.
Rumors in DC are commodities, traded like baseball cards..................
Why cant he leave today?
Steve Scalise would be a fantastic replacement!
WUT? I guess he decided there’s no way he can be as obstructionist as john mclame so out he goes.
He was convinced Hillary! would win.
What a putz.
Don’t let the door hit you in your brain-part, Paul.

So his whole life has been sitting in Congress like a snot nosed kid getting nothing done.
It would be best if someone with some real life experience took his place. Someone who actually has a set.
Maybe he feels the guilt of funding a Dem campaign and the dem won?
I just heard McCabe was fired.
We really are at an unprecedented volatile time in US (and world) history. This is almost like the 60’s and 30’s. History repeats, but never identically.
Another Bush League Republican hell bent of making America into North Mexico is quitting.
Corker, Flake, Hatch and now Ryan.
Flake, Corker, Hatch, Heller, Alexander, Graham, McCain, Murkowsky, Hoeven, Rubio, Tillis, Burr, Lankford, Gardner, Cornyn, Cochran, Collins, Sasse, Kennedy, Shelby, Ernst, Blunt, McConnell, Wicker, Portman, Isakson, Johnson, Toomey, Rounds, Thune, Gaines, Barasso and Enzi are all Bush League Republicans
I was wondering about the next wave of retirements following the PA-18 result.
McC should too.
CINC is very warm with Louie Gohmert, gives him a shout-out whenever possible.
"We" meaning RINO's, hopefully.
April first is his real day. April fools day!
Good riddance to bad rubbish!
Louie Gohmert for Speaker of the House!
