REPORT: “Bombshells Are Likely Ahead” In Gen. Flynn Case As Judge Puts Mueller In Hot Seat
Gateway Pundit ^

Posted on 02/19/2018 10:00:12 AM PST by bryan999

With each passing day, more evidence suggests the indictment of former National Security Adviser Ret. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was a dubious one. In what would be an insurmountable blow to special counsel Robert Mueller’s unchecked Russia probe, former federal prosecutor Sidney Powell says if there is a man who can bring justice for Flynn, it’s Judge Emmet G. Sullivan.

As the Daily Caller reported last week, Sullivan “issued a “Brady” order requiring Mueller to provide Flynn all information that is favorable to the defense whether with respect to guilt or punishment.”

According to Margot Cleveland of The Federalist, the order suggests “bombshell are likely ahead.”

Mueller responded, "Nutz!"

They will destroy evidence or lie to the judge.

Since we are “banning” today, I call for a ban on the use of all words, gestures or language of any sort for the next couple decades or so. This is necessary so as to avoid offending anyone about anything. Thank you.

Exactly! Jeffey should have IMMEDIATELY intervened to sort this out, and if true, fired them all, and initiated actions for disbarment.

I’m offended by this avoidance of offending measure.

A BOMBSHELL is something that will happen in the future. A DUD is something that happened in the past.

“Again I call for a five year ban on the word “bombshell”

You should post that as a vanity in “Breaking News.”

Let us ban the term Breaking News until something newsworthy actually breaks.

Let us embrace news silence.

Put down that popcorn, walk away quietly and try to refrain from confusing news with wishful thinking. There is, in all probability, no bombshell coming.

FWIW, his first name is not Jeffery; it’s Jefferson. Jefferson Beauregard Sessions IV. IIRC. That’s a high-sounding name. I hope he springs into action and lives up to it.

Gee, didn’t we just go through this with the Bunkerville prosecution?

The Oh So Honorable Federal Prosecutors witheld mountains of exculpatory evidence?

And if so, why are any of them still practicing law?

It has been going on for quiet a while. Federal prosecutors have had the example of witholding exculpatory evidence for at least a decade.

Mueller’s team, especially prosecutor Weissman, have been defeated previously on this issue, but punishment was insufficient.

Judge Sullivan is the man for this job. He is the judge that ordered the review of Brady evidence issues that cleared Senator Stevens, unfortunately after the election had been thrown in Alaska by the corrupt federal prosecutors.
