37 (GOSH DAMN) police visits to his house in 7 years; a school the forbid him to come on campus with a backpack; the unique spelling of his name reported to the FBI for posting he wants to be a professional school shooter; and a direct warning to the FBI about him in January; and, none of this raised the right flags?

All these innocent souls lost, and many more wounded in such a tragedy of the incompetence in this “see something, say something” era where the official response is sorry, we might be able to do better next time.
