In an interview on MSNBC's All In, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) fretted about the employment future of DREAMers if they are not given legal status in the upcoming budget bill deal. She also denounced the "deportation cloud" over 800,000 DREAMers, that "on a whim," the president can just say, "done, you are out of here."
"If these people don't have legal status, then how is it they're going to work in the United States? How are they going to support themselves? How are they going to support their families?" the Senator asked.
"We built a country based on the notion that you come, you're here," she said.
In the interview with guest host Ali Velshi, Warren also said that Jeff Sessions has taken the Justice Department and driven it in exactly the wrong direction.

Wrong. Actually stunningly wrong. I would expect an elected government representative to know quite a bit more about our Country than she apparently does.

Real simple, Senator White Squaw. They don’t. We have plenty of US citizens who are out of work and who need good, well paying jobs. Especially those who have served our country and are veterans.
Let’s consider our US veterans, and US Citizens First. Once we get them fully employed, then we can consider all those people who would like to come here.
At the core of this DACA mess, the nugget the MSM as studiously avoids mentioning, is Trump has said no more executive orders keeping these people here. He’s leaving it to Congress to enact a law. He’ll then enforce it.
It’s crazy stuff for the MSM who likes to push the “Trump is a dictator” meme, but it’s the exact opposite. He’s going to follow the law. Of course in the 3D-chess realm, Trump knows Congress is incapable of resoling this issue. They’ve grown very accustomed to posturing to raise campaign funds to get reelected to then posture, etc. They really don’t want a resolution of any issues. They need them for their campaign for the perpetual, and by design unresolvable, war between the GOP and Dems.
They grow rich and fat pretending to be “for the little guy” while actually doing nothing. Because to do something, they’d actually have to put their name on the line in a vote and suffer the consequences. They’ve figured out s perverse system where they remain in power (which they like) without taking ay responsibility (which they hate) for their actions.

When there are two diametrically opposed philosophies vying for the destiny of the same nation, I don’t see how things avoid coming to a head at some point.
I am sure that most americans can point to an immigrant in their past.
For a vast majority, they can point to a port of entry. And at that port, they registered with the government.

How silly of me! Making law is hard and might make you unpopular with certain groups of people some of whom are not citizens and are in the country illegally. And even thought they are not supposed to be able to vote, they might not vote for you anyway. And not getting reelected would hurt a lot.
Oh, I said a naughty! Sorry! I didn’t mean to say illegally, I meant they were unregistered, irregular migrants. Those are the current PC terms, are they not?
Anyway, why DO YOUR JOB when you can get the President to issue an illegal Executive Order doing it for you? That nice President Obama did it before and the effect was rainbows and unicorns everywhere for Dreamers. Well, at least for those who could be bothered with registering.
But no. That mean, ole President Trump ended the illegal executive order and gave Congress just six months to pass replacement legislation. Six months! What does he think we are? Legislators?! The nerve of the man!
