When will AG Sessions act upon the evidence of the Fisa Memo? (Vanity)
2-6-18 | DrDude

Posted on 02/06/2018 2:30:51 PM PST by DrDude

Now that mounds of evidence exist, what will it take for AG Sessions to start arresting people? Start with the FBI and the FISA Memo. Everyone named in the fraud has plenty of Probable Cause to arrest. This is not related to anything that Sessions recused himself from. Trump is ahead at this point but needs help. None is forthcoming. Does Sessions have thousands of Sealed Indictments? Does he have any intention of upholding his oath as AG? Why are some of these people still employed with the FBI and DOJ? Is Sessions sabatoge of Trump going to be the final straw?

That’s your opinion. He has been a serious warrior for conservative causes for years....decades actually, so I’m willing to wait a little longer before abandoning him

“Waiting another 2 months for the IG Report is not very a proactive play.”

The main charges should be timed for September/October...

This is an election year, and the Dems plan to take the house, to impeach the President.

Alternatively, if the Republicans get 60 in the Senate, while retaining the House, it will be one Party rule.

This election could be historically pivotal, either way.

“We have probable cause that FBI/DOJ personnel were involved in a crime against the POTUS.”

Can’t help but notice you have avoided naming names. Who do you think should be charged, and for what?

I bet we will hear absolutely nothing from Sesquatch about the FISA memo. And if we do, then it will only be Little Jeffy tossing yet another mealy-mouthed, ambiguous loads of crap to us while fully believing that we will buy what that little coward is selling.

Sessions is a worthless coward who needs a good kick in the ass.

I agree with you. Sessions stood strong on the issue of illegal immigration for years as a senator. He seems to be a by-the-book kind of guy, so he might be doing things that have not yet come to light. I took his statement that “no department’s perfect” as diplomacy. It is strategically a good idea because he will look more unbiased if/when he does go after people. I’m not a legal expert, but I hope he’s making progress behind the scenes. What Hillary got away with is staggering. I hope this all is not a replay of that!

He won’t. That’s why he recused himself so he didn’t have to.

A lot of the problems involved that keep people dragging their feet is they don’t want to start the tradition of prosecuting the previous administration, no matter how egregious the crime so it seems.

The trouble is, democrats are democrats and they’re always dragging us to new lows, like they are doing now.

The names weren’t that important to the question. However, we have Comey who signed onto the Fisa Warrant Application. That is fraud. I think he did it 3 times. That is Sedition. McCabe signed the form. Ditto the charges. Rosenstein signed the form. Add false swearing & perjury. Obstruction of Justice will fit in any of these. This does not include the many Federal Statues violated.

The fellow that signed once is being placed in a higher position in the FBI. Add him in. Sally Yates was fully involved and did this using her position as DAG. Fire Strzok and Lisa Page. Let them sweat for awhile. they committed numerous crimes.

Comey should also be charged with allowing the email investigation of Hillary to go uncharged. L. Lynch also. Let see how far Hillary goes then.

Adam Schiff has been leaking Classified information. Charge him and he will squeel. He is a little sissy and will sing about all. As far as I know, Sessions said he was going to nail down the leaks. That was over 6 months ago. Meanwhile, Schiff is leaking right under his nose.

Erdogan, Pinochet, and others throughout history when faced with similar circumstances to the CURRENT UNDECLARED STATE OF EMERGENCY DUE TO A COUP ATTEMPT IN WASHINGTON DC is a guy who took an out of control opposition and controlled them.

Trump will be gone in 3 years and the same scumbags in DC will be up to the same tricks.

It takes a STRONG MAN to stop the Washingtonians.

BE COGNIZANT that the impeached Bill Clinton and his arch criminal wife won the popular vote and the only reason they are not back in the WH is a miracle!

There is an ongoing coup attempt and conspiracy to overthrow the President and all I see is ALL TALK AND NO ACTION.

We should start a new post with “reasons to not prosecute”. First is the don’t mess with previous Admin. The we have the Dems will start riots. Then we have the “too many people will be charged and we can’t handle the mess. We also don’t want to look like we are DemoPhobic, or Rasict, or Mysognistic, etc... We need to dot our I’s and cross our t’s. We don’t want to politicise the situation.

Another distraction is this Q stuff. While I am on the fence I do read it. Seems like this is going too many directions and leading away from the focal point. IMHO

Thanks for taking the time to elaborate.

Unfortunately, no one will be charged for the “alleged” crimes you listed and, if they are, the charges won’t stick. I’m not saying they’re not valid, just saying that the burden of proof is a lot higher for political figures and government officials. Sad, but true.

It would be helpful if one or two committed crimes so heinous that they can’t be ignored, so that examples could be set and the message gotten out that corruption will not be tolerated.

If anyone is charged, it will only happen as a result of the IG investigation. I think the IG will note “irregularities” and perhaps some wrists will be slapped, and maybe even some personnel fired, but I don’t think we will see anything more severe than that.

I sincerely hope I am wrong...

We probably don’t need to make charges stick. Sessions entire plan is to drag this out into perpetuity. Then fold like a cheap suit. Have you seen some of the vids of him. He looks like a lost kid. The SOTU captured him looking around and blinking. I seriously doubt anyone would mess with Sessions. He is the Liberals Meal Ticket.

I have not seen many videos of Jeff Sessions. He turned out to be a bad choice almost since day one when he recused himself from the Russia collusion investigation. Trump won’t fire him; the best we can hope for is he will resign. I suspect he will remain until the end of the first term then leave afterwards.

Jeff can’t get involved...He has recused himself from his job...Early on he claimed he wouldn’t even read articles and would avoid news of crimes against Trump...

Jeff has turned over the justice department to Hillary...At least he isn’t publicly defending Comey and Steele, yet...
