“nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself,”

Time to go alpha male. State he will submit to an interview with precisely the same rules that Hillary’s interview had. His lawyers go with him and can interrupt at any time. No recording devices. No swearing in. A short time limit... and a letter of exoneration delivered BEFORE the interview.

Yes

Absolutely not. Do not meet with Mueller or allow him to interview the president at all.

This is one case where I hope the president's ego doesn't get in the way of his and his lawyer's better judgements.

Trump is not required to say anything, nor should he. Leave the ball in Mueller's hands and don't touch the ball yourself, Mr. President.

Mueller and the Left are trying to remove Trump from office. Trump shouldn't play their game. Don't make it easy for them.

Exactly. I would make a statement that..... I’m not going to participate in a bogus investigation brought on by a fake dossier paid for by my political opponent, Hillary Clinton. And that would be that. Don’t give them any credibility whatsoever.

2 ways around Dershowitz objections. Only agree to supply presidential testimony through written interrogatories or
afford Trump the same courtesy as Hillary in that he need not testify under oath. Thus the prosecutorial perjury trap is avoided.

Trump should reply to all Mueller's questions with two words - Uranium One.

This is how they got Scooter Libby. His recollection of a months-ago telephone conversation differed from that of Tim Russert. That was pretty much the basis for his life being ruined.

The President should say exactly nothing to Meuller, and if necessary, convey that to Meuller in the tersest tones through his (Trump’s) lawyers. Not a friggen peep to that slimeball.

“Agree only to answer questions in writing.”

And have his lawyers review his answers before submitting them to Mueller.

As a target of an illicit FISA surveillance campaign last year, Donald Trump has no compelling reason to talk to anyone in any position of legal authority.

He has every right to tell Mueller to take a hike and get all the information he needs from those FBI/NSA/CIA records.

Judge Napolitano also says DJT shouldn’t testify, too.

If I were Trump, the only way I would talk to Mueller was with a room full of my attorneys and just Mueller. After I entered the room, I would ask Mueller if he knew the definition of insubordination. Then I would tell him as his boss that he is to leave the room within 60 seconds and never come back to talk to me again and that is a direct order from his President. I would immediately leave. hopefully some attorney in the room would state when 60 seconds is up and Mueller would still be in the room.

Newt Gingrich was on Fox & Friends this AM and wisely counseled the President to request that any questions Mueller has should be submitted in writing, and he and his lawyers will answer them in writing. Hopefully, Pres. Trump was listening.

President Trump continues to allow this Methinks he may get early-retired soon if he persists permitting this farce to continue
