I found that to be a little far-fetched myself and thought maybe it had been misinterpreted and what was really meant by that was that 30 would not seek re-election this year. I am not surprised by your information that it appears the latter was indeed the case. Qanon does seem to have a direct line, doesn’t he?

There have been some imposters pretending to be Q-anon. He/they (may be a team) has had to change his access code frequently.
The real Q-anon has posted a lot of verified things clearly from very close to Trump.
