however the SCHOOLS get to decide what to do about a high student so the school is electing not to prosecute or have them arrested, artificially suppressing the results

Is there any evidence that such suppression happens more than it used to?

I’ve posted links before but the pot heads are so desperate for weed they just ignored my efforts. NOTHING else matters to them.
