We can understand how it might come across that way. The discerning & perceptive will detect otherwise.
We have been impressed that the dialogue on this thread has managed to stay so much above tacky shallow brick bats most of the time.
We have been impressed that those on this thread have shared so many interesting points, curiosities with reasonably good humor, wit and reasonably well read and well-reasoned insights, comments and questions.
We never expected that such dialogues would please everyone. That's not human nature and it's certainly not the nature of this topic.
I already admitted its my own fault - and I mean that sincerely.
Whose fault is it if I walk down the wrong aisle in the book store and find the books there are not to my taste?
