No attempt to cover up? You must be joking: he was official face of the coverup and gladly sold his soul to the devil....
That’s your opinion. He was grilled on all major news outlets where he presented well his decisions and findings. After his conclusions were published, he never went to work for any Clinton or Obama linked group. In fact, he spoke out against them. That’s a clear sign he was never bribed nor promised a reward for covering up evidence.
His published investigation showed he reviewed and weighed every piece of evidence presented by those who claimed conspiracy. He did not attempt to bury or cover up any evidence supporting an attack of some sort. He had 1000 FBI agents looking into every claim. None of those agents spoke up that Kallstrom was covering up.
On everything else, he has been a spectacular conservative and because of his approach and integrity, he would make a great FBI Director. I’m not impressed with Wray.
