There is no proof there are good and decent agents in the bureau.
To the best of my knowledge, the last FBI agent/whistleblower who spoke openly about the Bureau’s ineptitude was Special Agent Colleen Rowley, the agent who arrested Zacarias Moussaoui, the so-called “20th Hijacker” (which he wasn’t) in August 2001. Rowley prepared the FISA affidavit on Moussaoui, which was disapproved (rejected for forwarding to the FISA court) by the FBI General Counsel.
