ok, I get it, judge says if you’re a violent criminal there’s no use putting a person in jail because there’s no guarantee they’d come out better... ??

I want the judge to undergo a mental evaluation. Because he has lost the understanding that in some cases, jail isn’t there to make people come out better, it’s there to isolate the crazies from society as long as possible.
