I think it is historically known that Celts were first recorded in known times as being in Galatea. Next they were in France and Germany then in Ireland.
The Scots were an Irish tribe.

The Picts were not Irish. The Irish did have some influence in Southwestern Scotland, but the Picti are genetically and linguistically distinct.
