Excellent news. A yuge win for these defendants—albeit 18 months of their lives were stolen—who will not be convicted of any felonies, thus preserving their precious Constitutional rights.

And an equally yuge black eye for these overreaching feds. Let that be a lesson to this judge, the prosecutors, and their heavy-handed, Tyrannical ilk...
