Where did it say he came here on an H1-B visa? He might be a US citizen, a green card holder, an illegal, an EB-5 or on a student visa. Do you think every Indian in America is an H1-B visa holder?

As his parents came from some distant land to assisting in his wife battering, I feel correct in stating he is not a native born American.
Whatever country he and they are from, chances are, he's here on some kind of work visa and as stated above, we've got more than enough home-grown scum like this without importing them!
