I skimmed the video. As is typical for this sort of thing it's long on promise, short on delivery. No names named as far as I can tell. Seems to spend an inordinate amount of time describing arcane acronym agencies without saying anything about the actual people who are supposedly calling the shots or giving specific examples of such that might constitute criminal activity.

Get a clue folks, offices and agencies are just work places. It's people who make decisions and issue directives. You don't arrest an office. You arrest people.
