President Donald Trump’s chief strategist Steve Bannon is out at the White House, two administration officials told CNN on Friday.

The President has privately stewed over Bannon in recent days, including Thursday night from his golf course in New Jersey. He was furious with his chief strategist after he was quoted in an interview with the American Prospect contradicting him on North Korea and asserting that he was able to make personnel changes at the State Department.

He did not travel with the President during the first week of what White House officials described as a “working vacation” at Trump’s golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey. Instead Bannon remained in Washington to work out of a temporary office in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

Bannon grew up in Richmond and is a graduate of Benedictine High School.....

Newt did a great job of shifting jobs to Asia when in office.

Yeah, I expect Trump is about to become a very lonely guy.

Terrible news! I think this President Trump is one term and done.

Good grief. Trump is still the president... and he's the one I voted for and support. I don't care who he swaps in and out of his staff as long as he keeps on doing the right things.

Bannon was the driving force behind the effort to restore the rule of law.

His departure does not bode well for those of us who want the illegal DACA program ended and the laws enforced.

[[The media controls the narrative. We have the House, the Senate, and the White House.

And the propaganda machine (media) of the Democratic Party has ALL the power.]]

Exactly what i said in another thread- the left are ruling via mob rule- laws no longer matter to the left- black lives matter folks and the left are breaking laws with impunity now because they know the right are too afraid of appearing politically incorrect to stop them

I assumed he was going to leave on his own as soon as I read that he was going to be reporting to the new chief of staff. People like Bannon don’t operate that way — especially when the chief of staff is a career government employee.

Seriously.

These people are so gutless. They just need to show up and vote in 2020 or otherwise go find something else to do.

For if Trump is thinking we freepers will take to the streets in his behalf, from what I have been reading he is in for a bad surprise.

Bannon never expected to stay past August anyway. While he was excellent to have there, I very much doubt that Trump turns left without him, especially after the way the Left has treated Trump. I doubt much changes with Trump, with Bannon gone.

I feel the same way you do. However, sometimes I feel like Bannon was getting more done when he was on the outside. He seemed less restricted. I’m not going to try and second guess it for now.

Who is to say that Trump/Bannon will never communicate again ? They just won’t be doing it publicly or in the oval office.

“I think this President Trump is one term and done.”

More than a few of us thought he would be anyway.

Reality check: We now have President Jared Kushner.
19 major conservative groups have protested Bannon’s departure with speculation that Kellyanne Conway may want to resign. What a mess!

“For if Trump is thinking we freepers will take to the streets in his behalf, from what I have been reading he is in for a bad surprise.”

That is the fear on our side. It was NEVER about Trump and never will be, it was about his ideas. If anything, we supported (and support) Trump DESPITE his personality.

If his ideas are jettisoned, then we’ll no longer have his back and we might as well just let Congress remove him from office and roll the dice with Pence.

But we’ll see...I’m optimistic that Trump understands who we are, as he’s had plenty of time to learn just that. If he hasn’t learned that, then yes, his days are numbered.

The report of separation of Steve Bannon from the Trump World might not be fake, but a lot of the circumstances are sure to be either misreported, or grossly overstated.

Steve Bannon, like Reince Priebus, was part of the transition team, and once their purpose was done, they wee simply trimmed from the roster.

Even Anthony Scaramucci had a purpose, no matter that it was short-term. His purpose was simply served much more quickly.
