The events in Charlottesville and the media-hyped aftermath of it are being used to destroy the Trump presidency. All mainstream media guns are being pointed at the president in an effort to paint him and his followers as racists and bigots, thereby proving their point that this man is not suited for the office of the presidency.
Give me a break.
Propaganda news like NBC and NPR have no interest in reporting the facts about Charlottesville. They have chosen their distorted narrative and are sticking to it. Interviews of politicians on both sides of the aisle but mostly on the left are being used to produce their concocted result that this was all Trump’s fault somehow.
So the story goes… It was Trump’s fault for stirring up this racist crowd during the campaign last year. His tagline to “Make America Great Again” and put “America First” empowered these individuals to come out of the woodwork and impose their bigotry on the world. However, this is not the case.

The USA is not the only country in the world.
There are plenty of other countries.
We compete with those countries.

“Law and order” should be the words of the day. Nobody want to see armed mobs of goons strolling around and everything out of control. Since the GOP is in control of the House, Senate, and Presidency, they are the ones who will pay at the polling booth next November if baseball bat wielding extremist lunatics keep crawling out from under their rocks unimpeded.

If they impeach Trump it will be at their own peril. They really don’t think so and they will be quite surprised when they discover reality.

Highly likely, IMO. The big difference this time vs. earlier periods in our history is that at least two generations of youngsters have been thoroughly brainwashed to violently hate America and anyone who loves her. I don’t see how that plays out any other way than in a lengthy paroxysm of bloodshed.
They might be a rational viewpoint, but it would not be their viewpoint.
Conservatives want sufficient FREEDOM so that they can live the life they want to live.
The Totalitarian Left wants sufficient POWER so that they can force you to live the life they want you to live.
They don't want their own country. They want to stay right here are oppress you. It's what they live for.

I was listening to a preacher on the radio yesterday while in the car. The preacher said Islam wasn’t the problem, Antifa & the BLM crowd weren’t the problem, our politicians weren’t the problem....
Christians were the problem because we weren’t doing the things Christians were supposed to do. We weren’t being the salt of the earth, the cool flowing waters of Jesus’s love.
I turned the radio off...after screaming at this idiot.
The preacher can turn the other cheek, but he’s gonna find his cheeks face down in the mud and the blood if he takes that attitude.
Early 20th century anarchists were executed and deported (”AG Palmer Raids”). Police enforced law and order at their protests with some real violent but necessary actions. These tough actions kept the trouble down.
There is zero appetite today for strict law and order. The AG won’t do anything, nobody gets deported for sedition or treason, hardly any executions (McVeigh seems to be the only one), and not only do the police not crack heads, they stand down on somebody’s orders.
Without even some small desire to preserve the Union and freedom, we are in very serious trouble.
The dems will prove themselves to be both obstructionists AND destructionists. I believe as this attack on the very existence of the country will wake many.

They are not just satisfied by destroying the presidency, they are out to destroy the person too. They orchestrate bans of his businesses. I note that many “charities” in the Palm Beach area are pulling out from hosting events at Margo Lago. Recall the PGA decided to chose Mexico over a Trump host last year. Big Business now is so infested with the need for government largess, they will do anything to take him out along with the lefties who see the potential for their government check evaporating. All Trump had to do was say that work is good and the cock roaches and ticks of society had a virtual fit.
Most people in America don’t give a flaming sh!t about what happened in Charlottesville. And I suspect many Americans are secretly rooting for the driver of the car that plowed into the crowd, too.

I sense that one reason for the violence is that the pendulum is swinging against liberalism. They are doing what didn’t work when they last did it, but harder and with more verve. I think the reason hard core policing isn’t done anymore is because the media would edit it, as they did the Rodney King beating, which lasted only seconds, but with a loop appeared to go on for hours, and politically, there is no way to fight back. All of this will stop when the law goes after the media as instigators of violence rather than reporters of violence. When this happens the pendulum has swung back to head-knocking enforcement. We may not see it anytime soon, but when the average person is talking about it, then the politicians will take notice. Politicians are not leaders. They are followers. What comes to mind is: “Which way did these men go? How many were there? I need to know these things, for I am their leader.”
