The military falls completely under the control of the President.
I do not believe the courts have any say in this. That is not saying they will not find a stupid liberal judge to rule the way they want.
I would hope President Trump would just ignore them.
Actually, Congress sets the Rules. The President is an administrator, the proverbial highest ranking officer and not the guy who should make the rules he enforces. Things like DADT or other progressive meddling from the WH that did not involve any legislation being passed were, to the extent that is true, unlawful. Undoing unlawful EOs is perfectly okay though.

These freaks and homos think if they can get a progressive judge to say they are welcome in the Armed Services, then that must mean everyone is happy and will accept it. Fact is, they will NEVER be accepted in society at large.
