I have poly cystic ovary disease and endometriosis.

There were days I could barely function from the pain.

If you have never experienced it, you really need to take a great big dose of shut the hell up, because you REALLY don’t understand the absolute misery those conditions can cause.

I’ve worked since I was 16, and I did miss work days due to first days. And a few second and third days.

I also have 4 children I gave birth to / adopted over the years.

My company was not injured in the least because I made sure my work was caught up.

Some of you....you really need to get a gripe. If you’re male or a female that didn’t struggle with this, consider yourself blessed. You have NO idea. None.
