Aldi is a German company that exerts brutal price competition in every market they enter.
They carry only 1500 items instead of 15,000 that current grocery supermarkets do.
A lot less choice, fewer open hours, further foreign owned control of America’s food distribution.

The 25,000 Aldi jobs are not a gain - they’re transfered employees from upcoming bankrupt grocers.
Likely Aldi will encourage cashless payment just like they do in europe...
