love it
I think you completely missed the powerful symbology of this meeting’s dynamics.
Was joking with Mr Kitty last night. In the first picture, who are the Saudi’s scoping out. It isn’t Trump? LOL
Actually the hair is a bigger deal that it might seem to many westerners. I have read of accounts where women have been arrested in Muslim countries for just having a few strands showing, of women returning from trips to Western countries rushing to cover their hair before the plane lands. Wasn’t there a case here in US (NY?) where a father beat his adult daughter because she didn’t have her hair covered. In another case a Muslim faculty member (Missouri?) beat a relative because her hair wasn’t covered.
Not to mention The First Lady brought such glamor to an already pompous circumstance.
Yes-THE DAWA is not being addressed. It is in every institution-universities, public schools, civic organizations,NGO’s,public libraries...etc.
DRIVING ME INSANE.
Oooh Arab Spring. Freedom and peace coming to the Middle East soon.
I hope they’re right, but I ain’t putting money on it.
Obama bin Laden broke with Wahabbism while persuing war against the Soviets. With the creation of Al Qaeda in 1988, and with the subsequent fatwas issued by the organization, their ideology was pure Salafism, and their touchstone was Ibn Tammaya. Their modern guru was the Egyptian Sayyed Qutb, a man who has never been appreciated in Saudi Arabia. If you really want to know the names of important Saudis and Gulf Arabs who funded Al Qaeda just google Golden Chain.
I don’t believe this.
They fund schools all over the world teaching Islamism.
Let’s see what happens there.
.
This is nothing more than Takiyya from the Saudis, who are hurting due to low oil prices. Muslims recognize this. They laugh at our naivety. Our economic leaders, who know better, have been bought off.
These are deferred arms sales. Multiply it by ten and call it a $350 billion deal.
More precisely, the Saudis’ actions are more like Mohammed’s Hudaybiyyah treaty: buying time.
Pssssst! Over here........
Thanks! ;)
Any man would be out of his mind not to want to shake this woman’s hand. Hells Bells, I’d like to just stand next to her.
