No, this is one of the Claremont Colleges.

The undergraduate colleges include Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, and Pitzer College. The two graduate institutions include Claremont Graduate University and Keck Graduate Institute.

No, Pomona College is a private liberal arts college located in Claremont, Calif., although it started in nearby Pomona. Cal Poly Pomona is a state school located on the west side of Pomona.

When I was a senior in high school, I applied to Pomona College but couldn't get in, so I got my AB degree at Occidental College, Pomona's arch-rival--our football rivalry began in the nineteenth century. Later, I earned a teaching credential at Cal Poly Pomona.
