There are government programs to help people with disabilities have one's own businesses. Some people need little help, for a short time. Perhaps just some help making the business plan and some start up money. Other need ongoing help, forever, in the running of the business. This may include extensive job coaching and on going family or worker mentoring. It may, especially, require ongoing help with all the legal issues of running a business, especially all the rules and regulations of a food business.
