Custom made and shipped is expensive. Hubby’s daughter had candy sent to him at Christmas not many in the box about a dozen, hand made, because it came from a company with a similar last name, probably distant relatives, different branch of family. Very expensive.
Show that with the right training even a mild Down’s child can succeed with a little help.

There are government programs to help people with disabilities have one's own businesses. Some people need little help, for a short time. Perhaps just some help making the business plan and some start up money. Other need ongoing help, forever, in the running of the business. This may include extensive job coaching and on going family or worker mentoring. It may, especially, require ongoing help with all the legal issues of running a business, especially all the rules and regulations of a food business. Check out your local vocational rehabilitation services for more information about the help available in your state.
