Did Bill the Fake Science Guy specify the rate at which CO2 is entering the atmosphere and the rate at which plants are converting it into oxygen? CO2 is not converted to oxygen. It is converted to protein, sugar, and fat--the basic molecules that make up living organisms. Without that CO2 in the atmosphere, there can be no life. The oxygen in the atmosphere is a by-product of plant metabolism, left over when plants make the many biomolecules that they consume CO2 for.
I would love to see some life scientists making the rounds and explaining the carbon cycle and the absolutely essential role of CO2 in the continuance of life.

CO2 is not converted to oxygen. The oxygen in the atmosphere is a by-product of plant metabolism, (sigh) Okay. Fine.
