Talk is already heating up that President Trump could have a chance to appoint a second person to the Supreme Court.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said this week that another opening could come as soon as this summer, and there have been rumors that Justice Anthony Kennedy, often a swing voter on the court, could retire soon.
Kennedy, 80, was nominated to the court by President Reagan....

Gorsuch was not an upgrade over Scalia. None was available. But upgrading over Kennedy should not be difficult. Since it is a Republican appointed Justice, it will be harder for the Dems to work up as much frenzy. When Ginsberg goes, look out.

The Dems are well aware that Kennedy is their guy on a range of issues. They’ll fight.
Roberts will then become the weak link.
The raise such a screaming fuss that I believe people don’t listen—that’s why the left is getting increasingly more violent.
Kennedy needs to just go away. Now. He has done enormous damage to our country. The so-called Catholic Republican. He is a disgrace to the bench.
He could get 4 total picks in 8 years.
How the left will go crazy.
If Kennedy and Ginsburg go this year, there is real hope for restoring our country to greatness as long as Trump keeps his word and appoints another Scalia type. We will then be safe for the next 30 years.
The appointment of two more justices will put the left over the top, and they will not be able to contain their vitriol... it will be a long hot summer.
Maybe even 5 or 6. He’ll do what FDR couldn’t do in four terms.
Chief Justice Roberts, though relatively young, has health problems.

As it happens, I was born on Constitution Day so, every year holds a special place in my heart.
If we get two more at bats before Trumps 2nd term, I won’t care if he personally assassinats Asaad...

Science is what passes for religion with these people. Problem is Science doesn’t have a moral compass. It’s pretty much, “Do what you will”. Just look at the debate over cloning — there was one 10 years ago, today there is none. It’s only a matter of time till somebody produces a Wooly Mammouth or something from the Jurassic period.. Then what? They don’t think about the implications.
How’s this for winning? He will appoint some 250 or more judges in the Regional amd District Courts over the next 4 years or as many as 500 over the next 8 years.
Over the next 8 years that is a total reorg of SCOTUS and a large portion of federal judges.
After Trump, if we can increase house and Senate and get another Republican President, then the courts are going to be completely filled by Constitutionalists.
Win-Win...
That could possibly take us 2032, when we can redistrict again and make the world a smaller place for leftist lunacy ideology.

Trump is “eyeing” 100+ America First initiatives.
The Supreme court while important is only one of them.
