No. He is an inhabitant of Georgia, and under the Constitution he can be elected as a representative in Congress by any district in Georgia that wants to elect him.

Considering how damaging that fact will be on the final run-off (assuming he doesn’t outright win today’s vote), the Left may very well try to get him disqualified. Running a crippled candidate doesn’t work.

He’s a Democrap my friend !! He could get caught in bed with an underage girl and an underage boy at the same time and he would still be the Dems hero.

There is no constitutional requirement for a congressional candidate to live in the district he is seeking to represent. Probably no Georgia law either.
