Years ago, they took the cost of fuel and groceries out of the way they figure the rise and fall of inflation.
That's two of our most expensive necessities today.
So, people hold off on buying luxury items, and only spend on what they actually need, and replace only what MUST be replaced as things wear out.
Part of it is the damage Obamacare has done to regulating things OTHER THAN health.
There's many things wrong that Obama's regulators have hoisted upon us, without congressional oversight.
