I think the reg requires a sign, so that you see the info without interacting. HOWEVER, we can employ a variation on your idea. Domino's can have a scrolling display that it has all 34,000,000 combinations. It should be set up on continual scroll, so that you might have to wait seven or eight hours to get your combination. It would have to scroll awfully fast, though.

That’s the first thing I thought of. Simple algorithm. Nothing more than a calculator. The cash register could print it out on the receipt.
Still, it’s actually good news. People will keep finding out how insane the ACA really is which will make it easier to repeal.
We need to share stuff like this. People love their food.
