Have you noticed that Devin Nunes’ Dem opposition, Adam Schiff, has gone dark in the last couple of days? He had been more than proactive in his pursuit of Nunes and his “secret intelligence”…now that he has seen the latest, he is retreating. He knows that someone went full Watergate when they requested that “incidental” surveillance be turned into “on purpose/felony” intelligence allowing the unmasker 10 years of prison time.
We had heard that Nunes had received his chance to view the intelligence with the help of two White House Staffers. In fact, You’ve been hearing recently about various efforts to get rid of Ezra Cohen-Watnick. The question was why did the CIA, McMaster and assorted insiders want him gone so badly?
Cohen-Watnick is the National Security Council’s senior director for intelligence, and he was conducting a review, according to two U.S. officials who spoke with Bloomberg View on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss it publicly. The review consisted of the government’s policy on “unmasking” the identities of individuals in the U.S. who are not targets of electronic eavesdropping, but whose communications are collected incidentally. Normally those names are redacted from summaries of monitored conversations and appear in reports as something like “U.S. Person One.”

I’ve said all along, Shiffhead will go to ground as soon as this takes a turn to the stuff he doesn’t want to talk about. Trump and Russians is great, but he doesn’t want this to come out.

Probably she is a leaker, as well as unmasker and encourager of the expanded agencies to leak it. Why unmasking unless you’re basically declassifying names to give out? And, Ben Rhodes fed the media his own agenda, throughout his tenure, so he is loaded with the very most with media contacts.
Look at the Clinton team. In wiki leaks, they were seen in emails, actually naming friendly sources who would print their agenda.
OK - so humor me. Suppose Rice did this. To what end? Was she up for a cushy top-level job with H, and this was just spite? Or revenge?
All that has come of any of the leaks is just innuendo. When any actual facts surface, there is not there there with (Trump or his team).
I get the start of it in July - probably thought they could come up with something that would turn into an October surprise to put Hillary over the top. But once the election was over, what was there to be gained (vs. the huge risk being undertaken)? Wouldn’t it have been better to spend that time scrubbing any evidence of the July through October illegal activities?

Sorry, as politicized as these agencies have become, they’d only publish their holdings on our guys and not theirs. However, half the Congress is a good start come to think of it.
